    Good morning, I've bought the Tips For Turnout - Downloadable EBOOK, but I can't access to my account, so I'm not able to download it. I've tried to reset my password but haven't received the email to reset it. I've tried to cotact you by email but you don't answer. What's going on???

    Hi! I paid for Tips for Turnout-Downloadable EBOOK x 1 Item #44460 on July 26th.  I received a confirmation from Paypal.  I didn't receive an email from Ballet Blog with the link to download the ebook.  I am not sure how to download my purchase from here.  I wanted to see if I could get a confirmation email with a downloadable link.  I have a receipt no. from Paypal: 1029-1423-7416-0039.  I really enjoy your products.  It has helped me tremendously as a teacher.  I am looking forward to receiving this book as I have several students that need to work within their limitations of their turn out properly and safely!
